Jeff Sage is a Colorado-based real estate developer and construction executive with over 40 years of experience delivering high-end residential, mixed-use, and resort-oriented projects throughout the Rocky Mountain region. Beginning his career in the trades and advancing into executive leadership, Jeff brings a rare combination of field expertise, entitlement strategy, capital structuring, and project execution discipline. He holds a B.S. in Construction Management from Colorado State University and a Master's in Real Estate Development and Construction Management from the University of Denver. Jeff previously served for eight years on the Eagle County Planning Commission, where he focused on smart-growth policy and long-range land planning in resort communities. As the founder of Realty Development, Jeff specializes in luxury development, complex redevelopment projects, and investor-aligned project management, integrating disciplined financial modeling, risk management, and design-forward execution to create durable, high-value assets in premier markets. Jeff is actively building a resort-focused investment platform targeting strategic land acquisition and luxury development opportunities across high-barrier mountain communities.
